Breakfast:
3 Eggs
1 Egg White
3 Oz. Ham
1 Tbsp French onion dip
3/4 Cup pinto beans

Dinner:
2 Popeye's Thighs
1 Popeye's wing
1/2 cup pinto beans
1/2 cup green beans

Day 30

Breakfast:
2 eggs
2 egg whites
8 slices black forest ham
1/2 cup black beans
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp salsa
1 cup spinach


Snack:
Sunflower seed kernels










Dinner:
6 oz. Ham
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup butter beans

1 pork chop
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp salsa

8oz. Fried chicken
1/2 cup baked beans

Day 28

Breakfast:
3 eggs
1 egg white
1cup green beans
1/2 sweet potato
1/4 cup cheddar
2 tblsp salsa
2 slices bacon


Dinner:
8oz. Fried Pork Chops
3/4 Cup Lima Beans

I ate like this all day today. I didn't take any pictures but I will take a screenshot of my MFP list. It's saturday so i'll be okay.
