Day 17
Breakfast:
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1/2 sweet potato
1/3 cup cheddar
1 cup turnip greens
3 bacon strips
Lunch:
1/2 Cups Refried Beans
1/4 Cup taco meat
1/4 Cup cheddar
2 Tbs Salsa
Dinner:
1 Bowl of Chili
1 Tbs Sour cream
1 oz. fritos
