Day 11

Breakfast: 
2 Eggs
3 Oz. Hillshire Farms Sausage
3/4 Cup turnip Greens
1/2 Sweet potato (hashbrowns) w/ mushrooms, onion, cheddar




Dinner: 
1 Egg
3 Egg whites
3 Bacon strips
2 Sausage links
1/4 cup spinach
1 Hashbrown patty
1/2 cup grits
1/3 cup cheddar
