Day 4

Breakfast:
24 oz. Coffee black
Lunch:
Popeye's Chicken Breast
1 cup black eyed peas
1 cup green beans




Snack:
3 eggs
1/4 cup of shredder cheddar
1/2 tbls of cream cheese



Dinner:
3 1/2 slices 3-meat little Caesar's pizza

Desert: 
Can of Sierra Mist
