Day 19
Breakfast:
1 Cup Mashed Potatoes
1/4 Cup gravy
1/2 Cup Turnip Greens
5 Oz. Chicken
1 Boiled Egg
1 Tbs Ketchup (dry ass chicken)
Dinner:
6 Oz. Turkey breast
1 Piece of jalapeno corn bread
1/2 Cup spanish rice
1 Cup spicy cole slaw
2 Beers
