Day 7

Breakfast:
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1/2 cup of barbecue






Lunch:
2 5 Oz. Hamburgers
2 Sesame seed buns
2 Slices american cheese
2 tsp mustard
(forgot to take a picture)

Dinner:
2 Porkchops








1/2 Cup green beans
1/2 cup black eye peas







1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1/4 cup gravy
