Breakfast:
2 Eggs
2 egg whites
1/2 sweet potato
1/4 cup mushrooms
1 tblsp onion
1/4 cup hoop cheddar
1 cup turnip greens
Dinner:
3 Pigs In Blanket
12 Steak fries
1/2 cup bushs' baked beans
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp mustard
