Day 5




Lunch:
2 Hamburger parties
1 cup of broccoli
2 tsp of mustard







2 cups of coffee








Afternoon Lunch:
2 Eggs
2 Eggs Whites
1 Red Skin potato, shredded
1/5 cup Sharp cheddar
1 1/2 tbls country crock





Snack:
1 bag of pop weaver kettle popcorn







Dinner:
Footlong Turkey and Black Forest Ham w/ spinach, tomato, onion, black olive, banana peppers, jalapeno peppers, pickles, sweet onion sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper
1 oz. Ruffles
