Day 30

Breakfast:
2 eggs
2 egg whites
8 slices black forest ham
1/2 cup black beans
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp salsa
1 cup spinach


Snack:
Sunflower seed kernels










Dinner:
6 oz. Ham
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup butter beans
