Day 3

Breakfast:
3 boiled eggs
1 cup broccoli
1 cup black eyed peas
2 cups coffee w/ splenda


Lunch:
~4 oz. Ham
1 Cup black eyed peas
1/2 cup long grain and wild rice
4 cayenne peppers


Dinner:
Popeye's Spicy Breast
Popeye's Spicy Thigh
Popeye's Spicy Leg
1/4 cup of lipton rice (didn't eat all of it)
3/4 cup of Bush's Country Style Baked Beans
Yea, today was a real healthy day. I sincerely hope you can hear my sarcasm. We'll see what tomorrow holds. I am going to be getting a can of sierra mist to end the day out. It's gonna be exciting.
